Coronavirus – Telephone Helpline

Please see below, some important information on the availability of a telephone helpline during the Coronavirus crisis.

In case you are confined to home, please arrange for a neighbour, friend or relative to provide you with anything you may require to survive.

Perhaps a supermarket can deliver goods to you?

Please telephone either 111 for any medical help, or 999 (for emergencies only)

If you become stranded and DO NOT have anyone to call upon for help, the local churches have arranged a free ‘Delivery Scheme’ you can use.

This is only for ‘keeping you alive’ necessities like basic foods or collecting your prescription.

Call 0300 800 0181 9am-6pm and someone will talk you through the Delivery Scheme.
